1. Comments from the floor limited to agenda subjects - (1 question)

2. Directors are invited as "Observers" only.

3. There will be "NO" Dialogue with Directors during RV Meeting.

4. If Directors wish to stay, Residents can ask questions after RV Mtg.

5. Directors are Guests and will be treated with courtesy.
