Manor Models

1. Circuit City area and the 3 story buildings behind Wells Fargo Bank had Leisure World Models in the 70's.

2. GRF is contemplating the leasing of the Pads next to Clubhouse 7 so that the developer of the Mayer Corporation can build their Models and Sales Office there.

3. It would have been nice if GRF had informed us of that intent. Should we ask how they plan on getting the Housing Mutual's share of the money to them?

4. Will this impact Clubhouse 2 & 7, Tennis and Driving Range parking?

5. Will this delay fencing in Clubhouse 7 so that it is not exposed.
