Mr Curtis spoke to the Men's Golf Club on 7/25/06 on the needs of LWV as he sees it. "The communities magnificent facilities and amenities were the prime reasons for people moving here. I tend to bristle at the people who object to our (Country Club) amenities. Which is the prime selling point of this community, and the very reason the great majority bought in here for."

"However, my fervent desire to preserve this place for future residents cannot change. The alternative is too sad to contemplate. Old people are moving into LWV that use canes, walkers and even scooters. Some of these persons are being placed here by their families as if this is an Old Age Village. Once we can no longer attract young, active seniors to come here, the Old Age Home atmosphere will rapidly destroy this place and our property value."

He also FALSELY stated that Residents Voice was proposing the closing of one of the Golf Courses. He accuses us of being misinformed, spreading lies, and attempting to divide and destroy the community,
