What is a "Yellow Book?"
This book is a compilation of emails, letters,
ledgers, billing statements, incentive bonus, etc. Most of the information
was published by PCM and allows the reader to make his/her own judgements
on many of the issues that have been brought up over the past 4 years.
How to order a book!
Cost is $10.00. Pay by cash or check.
